Did not get any responses from seller after attempts to find out what happened. They shipped them so fast & they were packaged the correct way. Mine came in a actual box in perfect condition. Most other sellers only ship these in large bubble wrap padded envelopes & all 5 boxes of tubes will be smashed around the corners every time. This is the only seller I'll ever buy from. Price is best, arrives fast, & they know that no one wants tubes that are damaged & I love that
