Contacted seller same day, but she was rude, yelled in ALL CAPS, and told me to “read the description” and resell it myself. If it’s worth more, why not take it back? I never wore it, and her tone was condescending and unprofessional over $35. A paying customer deserves respect, not insults. Terrible attitude and zero customer service. Her dishonest made her to take a picture after they tried on and smash it into the package saying that it look "worn/shrunk".No "ALL CAPS" also another proved lie .

Anyway order different one but from Sydney as ordered 2 different caps only few days apart. Never got it but both fully refund but got yours at last. Of course USA is Australia big brother along with Great Britain too.
