Well laid out book with great information and recipes.
Really interesting writing on eating the "old fashioned" way that our forebears did....like my mother cooked when I was a kid! It's a paperback so not too heavy, print is easy to read.

Well worth the read.
A challenging but practical approach to improve digestion and food benefit. However, I will never by choice eat raw meat. Rarely eat cooked meat so that section I choice to omit.
