Please read above.
The loco itself is excellent but the inner packaging is tatty and insecure in the box. Also, a buffer is missing. This was sold as a new product. No replacement buffer has been provided despite several emails requesting it, and there has been no explanation for the tatty inner plastic packaging. The product is good but the service has been quite bad.
