Chicago II or just "Chicago" CD Rhino release.
Chicago's 2nd album, always called Chicago 2, but is really Chicago, because the 1st album was called Chicago Transit Authority. (There was a lawsuit from a certain public transportation service.) Now I love the 1st album a lot, it is so packed with great music. Chicago release this 2nd album while touring in between shows. A lot of bands tend to fall short on their second album, well Chicago did not do this at all. This album is packed tight with awesome tunes, as good as the 1st album all the way through. It is a concept album with 3 of the hit songs in the middle of a story (Ballet for a girl in Buchcannon), "Make Me Smile" "Colour My World" and "25 Or 6 To 4". With Rhinos master if this album you get both the single cuts for "Make Me Smile" and "25 Or 6 To 4". This is an album you need to have in your collection if you love Chicago.

Chicago was still jazz/rock on 2nd album and this is much edgier than subsequent stuff.
Chicago's second double album, on one CD. The band was new and having a double album on one disc makes it a bargain.

Great Chicago CD
Chicago II is probably the best album they ever put out. I had Chicago II on vinyl, and now I'm glad I have it on a CD. Decent value. Contains two bonus tracks with the single versions of songs from the album.
