There is a pen mark on the sole of the shoe the top eye for the laces is also dirty and look used. I tried to contact them with no response.

The packaging was secure, and showed no signs of tampering. This seller was punctual, professional, and thoughtful in his communication. Only real issue I had was that the battery pack was shipped with corroded batteries, did not work, and I had to spend ~1 hour fixing the damaged electronics, yet, since it was so cheap, I see no reason to dock stars for something which was easily repaired.
