He would only ship the item in a flimsy plastic bag that offered no protection rather than a box that offered more protection The item arrives severely damaged.  seller refuses to replace the item or issue a full refund. In order to file a claim through eBay‘s resolution center I would have to pay to ship the item back. The only other option is to follow eBay's return policy, which again, he did not want to do.
