Although it was listed as "New" the seal had been broken & the contents removed, however, the dragon was still in Like New condition. I contacted the seller & immediately received an apology for receiving their display model & I could return it for a full refund. The seller displayed great customer service. In the end, I kept the dragon at a discount & would buy from again.

The Gronkle plush came in exactly as seen online and as described. The package did arrive late, but not because of the seller at all. It took the scenic route to Texas (complete wrong side of the country), before ending its journey on my doorstep.
