Threw all my vintage motu figures and accessories loose in a box with no protection. Received a broken shield due to his negligence. Reached out to see what can be done said he'd throw in a couple extras with a replacement then proceeded to ghost me. Not the first time he's done this according to his other negative feedback. Just wanted my shield replaced.
