    Best cookbook ever

    I had the same book in the 90s but had lost it somehow. Then recently my daughter, who had moved away, was asking me for the recipe of something I used to make from that book. She was so happy I got this one on eBay, she wants to buy her own now. It is the best cookbook I ever had. Imagine, ingredients that are common and easily obtained. Recipes that are so fluid, you can mix or match meats, veggies, sauces, spices, etc. according to you tastes and what you have on hand. I'm so happy to find the book on eBay.

    A Very Useful Cookbook!

    I love cookbooks, and this one is a gem. The emphasis is on easy-to-make recipes using Campbell's Soups, with a lot of flexibility due to a system where you get to choose from four soups, with various meats, herbs, etc. This is not haute cuisine, and although the recipes are reasonably healthy, I wouldn't call it health food either. This is a great cookbook for the home cook with a hungry family and limited time.

    Easy to follow Recipes

    This is a great cookbook, with recipes written so that the cook can use what they have on hand or ingredients they prefer in any given recipe. Using the chart for each recipe as a basis, there is a wide variety of foods that can be made without much difficulty. I once went to a craft show, and some ladies were discussing a favorite recipe. I found the recipe in this book, with very slight variation from the way they gave it. I would recommend this to beginner as well as experienced cooks! There is a similar book by Campbell's, which has fewer recipes, which I also have. I prefer this one, because my favorite recipe in this book is the meatloaf, and it is not included in the other one.

    Great recipes

    I had this book years ago and with all the moving I did, it was lost. Just recently I discovered cooking withy their soups and remembered to used to have books on this with a lot of recipes. So glad I found it again.
