TiVO vs. satellite
I bought the TiVO to replace the local channels I get on my satellite. It actually ends up costing more with the TiVO, but it was never really about money. I do wish, however, that TiVo would allow you to install without having to pre-register and be able to evaluate it beforehand. Having said that, I really like it and expect that it will give me much more flexibility than I had before. It will take me several weeks to discover all the little hidden nuances that I'm sure is there. One think I notice is that it is very good at capturing the HDTV signals. Some of our stations are weak, but the TiVO seems to bring them in clearly even though I have an inferior antenna. I hope to improve that in the near future.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Great replacement fot my old tivo bolt

TiVo is great!

Perfect for my needs

Excellent product
Excellent product. Fast, easy to use. I upgraded it later with a larger hard drive, it was easy and the capacity is much better with a 2TB hard drive. I think that the monthly fee however should be less costly to users.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

TIVO good alternative
