Instead of delivery to my residence the driver dropped my package at an unsupervised drop box for another address 1/4 mile away where it sat next to a road in clear view of everyone who drove past. I contacted EBay and FedEx alerting them to my lost package. No response from either. Shows how much they appreciate the business and their customers.

I feel that it could have been more specific in, it was “Aftershave”and the seller used the word “Splash”. For connoisseurs and those with deep knowledge know clearly what splash is referencing along being 3.3oz know it was not cologne but aftershave. But those who are novice and have no knowledge or illiterate to these items it’s become confusing and misleading.
