    Awesome place to do business! Shipping was extremely fast, item arrived as described, and the packaging was first rate insuring no damage would occur during shipping from KY to the North Carolina coast. I just have to add that all this was done during historic flooding in KY followed by a severe winter storm. With all the devastation they still managed to ship my item as agreed. If it would have taken another month that would have been totally understandable. Their dedication is unmatched!

    My strings of choice.

    I use this type string on all my guitars, all six of them. The tape wounds are quiet and comfortable to play for long periods of time. They work well on most any type of guitar, in my case bass guitars. The are somewhat pricey, but they last forever, so not a big deal. If you don't like sore fingers and string noise, these are your stings.

    I can’t imagine a better string.

    These amazing strings are so easy on the hands, and reduce fret the buzz of metal surfaced strings. They do all of this and still retain the punch of unwrapped strings. I have these on my full size Jazz bass too, and love these nearly perfect strings. I have not been able to wear through the plastic coating after many months of playing on my bass guitars. I like a hard punch without tearing up my fingers. For me you can’t find a better string.

    Great bass strings!

    Use these on my Ibanez Mikro short scale bass and my Fender acoustic/electric bass and the sound is amazing. Very easy to play and the sound is 'deep' with great sustain. I play everything from jazz to country to bluegrass and these strings work for me!

    Was looking for semi-acoustic bass sound

    I put these strings on a "Beatle" Bass copy. They have little or no string noise and are easy to play. With the bass being semi hollow, these strings give it a bit of an upright bass sound. But, that's what I was looking for. They might not be quite as loud as metal strings, but the difference is not that much.

    YOU GOTTA TRY EM!

    Sound and feel amazing. Really different,you will hear tones you haven't heard from your rig if you've only played round wound. At first you'll hate,but quickly love. I have a nice set up and hear moans and growls I didn't know it could do. Only test remaining is test of time can't help you there,but I've read reviews claiming 2 years and going(flat wound lasts much longer than round) but well see!
