Admittedly I had to download some software called Embrava Connect to get it working (the link to the Plantronics software inside the box is no longer valid), but once installed it saw the device and I was able to link it to Teams. I am now the proud owner of an indicator that looks good and stops people having to ask if I'm on a call or not. Result.

Good communication from this company and sorted issues.

Well I am happy here, yes despatch was a little bit slow but I pinged them a message and they responded straight away to tell me it was on it's way, it arrived the next day. The packaging is immaculate, brand new box and air cushion bag (these are not cheap). The machine itself is as described and what I expected, it is a punchy little thing!! so 5*
