None of my markers were even slightly dry, but Copic does have a common fault in their marker caps that can cause markers to try out with little to no use. A small crack can sometimes occur in the Sketch marker caps, which may explain why some people ended up with some markers being a bit dry. This was an insanely good deal for Copic markers considering the cheapest I can usually get them in the US is around $4 for the Ciaos.

All in all I am happy with my purchase and the sellers quick response to remedy my small issue. Would purchase again.
