I have to tip my hat to the "Jewelry *Factory* Store," I can be a real crybaby at times, but these guys went out of their way to calm me down and assure me that everything was going to be ok. It's a long story that was my bad. I'm so happy for their patient understand

I took a chance on buying this, hoping the cups were not made of plastic and was rewarded.
