    A good buy

    As described, works well, the included printer drum unit and fuser still in good shape, just popped a toner unit in and I'm printing, no smearing, no mess, looks good. Minor cosmetic wear and tear on the outside of the printer, but I didn't buy this unit used for cosmetic appearance. Thanks!

    This Brother HL-5470DW model out performs all the newer model laser printers.

    I had this model printer for over 10 years and it finally went kaput. I very fortunately found this brand new, unopen box of the same model I had. Compared to todays models the Brother HL-5470DW has them all beat. Today's models are made cheaply and do not possess the same versitility of functions that the HL-5470DW has.

    Sometimes the older & properly reconditioned models are better than new cheaply built ones

    Just Wonderful, much more flexible than current models. Has extensive manual and on line direct to the printer control panel. Mine has WIFI, Ethernet and USB interfaces -I use the WIFI and it seems really fast. It was very well packed and arrived in perfect condition.

    There has to be something easier

    This printer is "required" by our business POS because it's the only ones they support. Lame on our part, but the printer is miserable to set up. The guy we bought it from was great. I just hate the printer. Over priced, difficult to get online.
