I enquired about vinyls 3 weeks after i was given tracking details that never worked, I was told the package was damaged in shipping and sent back. Then was told one of the items was no longer available and would need to be refunded but they would send other item within 7 business days! When I said this was not good enough and I wanted package sent asap I was told they would do a full refund instead. I had purchased previously with no issue. No care for loyal customers.
