I’m not too concerned about it as long as the product isn’t being affected by the break.

But despite being well packaged the player had been damaged somehow in transit and wouldn’t play tapes properly. Return and refund was quick and easy, with very good communication from the seller. Shame about the cassette player but a good seller nonetheless 🙂
