No protective films on the case and lenses. This is disgusting. Why deceive customers?! The seller makes the phone look like new. But this is most likely a refurbished phone that has already been used before.

Please reach out to customers to give them the option to have the packaged signed for or redirected for safety and security purposes of the package.
