The number plate came in a jiffy envelope via royal mail so I would blame royal mail for this. He then wouldn't reply to my emails until I asked to return the item, as it wasn't fit for purpose. Eventually he agreed to resend a new one to me, that has now arrived also with a bend in it. He needs to re- think how he sends these items. Can't recommend this seller. :(((

The plates look great on the vehicle and are the cheapest I've found on ebay so great value for money too! My only non-positive comment is if you need the plates quickly, don't hang about ordering them as the delivery is not the fastest (5 days - this may be beyond the control of the seller though).
