So seller advertises with remote. Seller ships with no remote. Seems like a small problem we'll replacement remote cost 10.00 dollars. Advertise says used with remote condition of receiver is good. But the fact that they say it comes with remote and ships it without. Seller says they where out of stock of the remote and they didn't update advertise. Sellers only fix is to have me return it. I would of been happy with 5.00 refund. I won't order from this seller again

Back pain for 9 years, now gone.
Went together easily, stable. I've had back pain since I was 20. I can decompress and pop back by pushing down on legs and lifting myself up, and been to 3 chiropractors, one really good one. I know where back hurts, what's wrong with it, where exactly I need work but it's tough to get it to stay. Chiropractors cost about 2000 initially, and 50 a month after and still have tweaks in my back in between, post x rays don't always resolve. Now I'm almost 30, and have tried inversion tables, etc. They never really worked and uncomfortable. It really stretches the hamstrings which is odd at first but keep at it because the back stretch will come. After some tweaking on this in getting hips and positioning just right, I really enjoy it. I don't get any lower back pops, yet. I can tell you that ... Went together easily, stable. I've had back pain since I was 20. I don't get any lower back pops, yet. I can tell you that after doing it 2 minutes at a time, 2-3 times a day for even just a week, my back feels 50% better. Now two weeks in, about 60-70% and no stay up at night pain. I feel stronger, more balanced, and more willing to workout because my back doesn't hurt while doing a simple push up. I expect to be mostly back pain free by a month or two. Of course, to heal and get results from decompression, take care of yourself. Eat some vegetables for once, uncooked in a salad. Drink plenty of water to hydrate and bring nutrients to those compressed discs, take glucosamine supplements, boswellia phytosomes for inflammation and old fibrosis, and get some sleep. I promise you, unless you have major bone spurs or need surgery, this is a great thing to use in replacement or in between chiropractic visits.

Affordable spinal decompression device
I have read some negative reviews about parts not fitting and poor packaging. My unit arrived in good condition and everything assembled as it is supposed to. The assembly instructions were easy to follow. It is Chinese manufactured and quality is not great (the metal tubing is thin). But for the money it is not bad. I feed it gives me good spinal decompression that I can do daily. It is not as good as you would get on a professional machine but I believe it is effective. It does create some soreness in the shoulders but it is tolerable if you use is for less than 10 minutes at a time.I have read some negative reviews about parts not fitting and poor packaging. You need to know your personal "medical history" regarding back issues prior to using this device in order to use it correctly. Micro progression,regarding its adjustments and range of motion is mandatory or discomfort/pain is sure to be the results. Chest pad size and positioning adjustment selectability could be improved. I used a several folded over hand towel to act as a supplemental extended pad. Unit is good for lower lumbar stretching and decompression thanks to the hip flexion positioning which I could not achieve on my Tweeter Inversion Table. Assembly was easy (comes with all tools necessary) and the Owner's manual detailed. Works great to decompress lower back
Works for decompressing the lower back. Bought it for my husband who has DDD in the lower back and it works for him. He uses it regularly, beats having to hang upside down. It's sturdy and easy to assemble.

Works very effectively, even my physical therapist said to continue using it. I plan to reduce visits to P.T. could use a little ticker padding over waist adjustment band ? But I'm sure it designed that way for a reason
