Top of the line in my humble opinion!
I replaced both my Hoya 58 & 77mm UV filters with the "Tiffen Titanium UV." Both are said to be very nice filters and they are. But, I could tell a major difference when I switched to this Tiffen. I bought both the Tiffen Titanium Circular Polarizer & the Tiffen Titanium UV filters for my 55mm & 77mm lens. They have made a huge difference in my photographs as quickly as it takes to screw them into place....it was just that easy!!! I was really surprised, shocked actually! Being kind of new to DSLR I had not had time to learn the difference in some of the Brand names out there. A very experienced Landscape Photographer suggested the Tiffen Titanium Filters & said they were the "BEST", siting the "Better Glass" they use, her words, not mine! She was right, I am very impressed & pleased and now know that these filters are superior to any I have experienced personally! After this experience with both Tiffen filters, I will buy only Tiffen from here on out, and replace the others I use most with Tiffen Titanium and other filters they offer. Once I find a Brand that offers the things I value most, I stay with them...I am a very Brand Loyal person, always have been & always will be! Anyone wanting to know more, feel free to write. Like many other things in life, the better things cost more but i the end, "You get what you pay for" and that is the Law of Business. It costs more to make superior products. The materials, the processes and the Technologies are never cheap...so it makes sense to me that we must pay the extra to get the extra...Yes? The Best Lens Filter
