  I am floored by the attention to detail and care that went into packaging and shipping. The doll is in immaculate condition; just as it appeared in the pictures. I was almost hesitant to unwrap the whole thing, because it was done so nicely. I can't express my gratitude enough. I should also mention that they're communication was top notch. Not once did I feel left out of the loop. Everything about this interaction was superb. One of my favorite sellers on this site.
