I did receive the bow brand new in the box however the top limb had a pretty decent sized scratch on it that was kind of a bummer for a new bow but it was due to shipping (fedex) not due to the seller. Seller offered to send a new replacement bow a few days later but I had already upgraded mine to a drop away rest a new cable and a new peep sight. Told seller I would just keep this one. I would recommend this seller for sure.

This is a very nice vest for the money. Only problem with the order was the time it took to arrive through no fault of the seller. USPS apparently misplaced the package. Took almost three weeks to go from Ohio to Kentucky. I did contact the seller and they replied very quickly and contacted USPS to see what the problem was.
