Evs Cassidy "Songbird"
I have given away more copies of Eva Cassidy's "Songbird" that I can remember. It was wonderful 20 years ago and it's wonderful today. She was able to sing in so many different styles because she sang truly from her heart and it is evident in every note. Yes, there are some songs that I find it hard to listen to without dissolving into tears, but that just tells you what an artist she was.

A rare singer - so delightful
How fortunate I was to be introduced to Eva Cassidy's music. She is a wonderfully soulful singer with a pure style that is all her own. She is a rare talent and she breathes fresh air into everything she sings. Her life is an inspiring story of devoting yourself wholeheartedly to something and making the most of the time you have. So sad that she is gone, but this album is a wonderful legacy to her talent. Something for everyone on this CD.

Somehow,,your refreshed after one listen,,,,every time !!
Eva Cassidy had a unique ability to juggle and arrange her vocals and structures for each song .Each song is recognizable,,but is unmistakably "Eva"..... .. " Songbird is a must for anyone who can appreciate great music in a new light.

Wonderful Recording Quality, Great Music

Eva you like her or not
Eva cassidy has a beautiful, easy jazz voice. This one is for a friend who absolutely loves her. Good reaction so what is there to say?

Eva Cassidy's" Songbird"
CD has all great songs. Her voice is amazing. Her variations of the melodies of classic songs were unexpected and wonderful.

For the price I’m ok, haven’t listened to these three cd’s yet. Two have slight scratches that I can see. And one case is real bad. But for the price if they all play without a skip I’ll be happy and I will buy others from you

LOVELY
BEAUTIFUL IN EVERY WAY. EVA WAS A GENUINE ARTIST WHO LOVINGLY CRAFTED HER VERSIONS OF SOME OF THE MOST BELOVED SONGS. A JOY.
