It was brand new with the tags. It is absolutely a large. I have a lot of feedback for this same item. The message you sent me did not seem like it needed a respons. It was an FYI message. I'm sorry you weren't happy with the shirt, but the shirt was just fine. It was described accurate and it was from target.I buy all of my palates from target. They come straight from target warehouse to me.
