    Denix WW2 Type (U.S.) M-1 .30 cal Carbine Model

    - VERY NICE REPLICA of the WW2 pattern (type 1/2 front band w/o the LATE War thru Post-(Korean) War Bayonet Lug) - These Denix models are a very good alternate to the often much more expensive Airsoft-type Models. A good value to me. - I'm using (main reason for purchase) as a "crew weapon" with a early WW2 (1941) M-2 White Halftrack; which it is IDEAL for (display). - These are hardy/ rugged models. (diecast metal w/ wood stock) - Hopefully Denix in Spain will survive the pandemic-disaster, & make more of these fine models. (We could always use more, as well as other Rifles/ Carbines, such as the German G-43 Auto-rifle) - Might take a "stock" magazine 2-cell ammo pouch (a pending item to investigate); But, Will definitely take an original or correct reproduction web sling (Model ...

    Poor quality.

    Barrel is noticeably crooked. Or the front sight. Clip fits in loosely. Rattles a lot. Oiler and sling won't fit. Notch is to small. Color is off. To redish. Should be a deep brown. Oak looking.

    Very nice replica for a good price

    Very nice replica, perfect for my ww2 Jeep display. Denix stepped it up and stained the wood to more correct color, rather than "reddish" color on previous replicas. Also the first generation of iron sights are very nice as well as the bayonet clip free barrell. Very nice piece and great price.

    A long satisfying search

    The early war M1 carbine I received was a true gift from god, I have been looking for one for almost a year, but all were 1944 editions, but until i saw this one, i snatched it up, and the best part was it was on sale, Thanks Rocky
