Must have been from a lot of almost identical controllers. Went with economy shipping option which takes longer but is very inexpensive, and they sent it promptly.

It still came in quick, despite the original estimate, about 3 weeks. It was also well packaged. item was the same as showed in the picture, the box was in perfect condition and it came with the inside papers. I would definitely buy from them again. The item plays perfectly.
