Spoke to the company and they were perplexed as to why it had not arrived. It was me who chased the courier. No luck. The company were not interested in checking the warehouse to see if it had actually left the building. Clearly profits are more important than the customer as I was reminded that if it didn't turn up I would be refunded. They then ignored all future communications. Poor job!

I had contact with Trade Lists, the sellers, but they were not helpful when I told them I had trouble with the mixer as it didn’t collect the mixture from the sides of the bowl. They simply closed the thread I had with them. Great customer service Initial problem with courier not delivering, which were obviously not the seller's fault, were dealt with promptly and honestly by the seller (refund and re-order of non delivered item and order redirected to click and collect location) - communications were excellent.
