There is a open slash on the other side of these and they come with a slim piece of metal. I think they would call it some kind of key, but Nope you can open the lock with pretty much anything. A flat head screwdriver, Even a ring terminal. I even tried a dime and other things, and it just unlocked with a turn. just look at the pictures. This lock will not provide privacy or security. Seller 5 Stars. Lock 1 Star.
