After about a week of waiting i raised a item not received report. The next day the status changed to dispatched and has a tracking number. When i checked the tracking number the item was sent from canada. 3 days later the seller contacts me and said the item was damaged in transit and they had to send another one. Got it in the end but took longer than it should've and the whole interaction just felt dodgy
