It’s a very strong backpack, I like that the laptop sleeve has 2 fabric holders on the bottom, which kind of helps the laptop hang and not to hit the floor (but in order to stand the backpack needs to be not empty). My daughter had the backpack of this same model before, and it served her 3 years. We were happy to find the same model here on eBay. Looks exactly like the old one, the zippers, the pockets, but this one is new🙂. Happy with the price too.

Seller says they where out of stock of the remote and they didn't update advertise. Sellers only fix is to have me return it. I would of been happy with 5.00 refund. I won't order from this seller again
