I paid for overnight shipping - I urgently needed the item to put up our outdoor pool for my son’s birthday party 2 days after ordering- told them this ,could see the package was never handed to FedEx. Got an indifferent reply that they’d ‘monitor the situation for 6 days’ - never heard back. Still don’t have it, party was canceled.

Advertise says used with remote condition of receiver is good. But the fact that they say it comes with remote and ships it without. Seller says they where out of stock of the remote and they didn't update advertise. Sellers only fix is to have me return it. I would of been happy with 5.00 refund. I won't order from this seller again
