I will say at least they didn't just cancel the order on me and instead worked something out with me. I can't tell you how many times orders have been canceled and that is so frustrating. After waiting a week I contacted the seller asking when and if they were going to ship the cuisinart coffee center. They replied by creating a shipping label. The next day nothing further had happened, so again I contacted the seller asking if they were going to ship the item, they replied by canceling the order, so after 8 days of waiting for the item to ship, they cancelled the order stating it was cancelled by the customer.
