  Quality of stamps are excellent. Exactly as described and even more beautiful. Well packaged to survive postal system as well as saran wrapped so no rain water could get through. Price was very reasonable. Arrived the next week after order even though coming from another country. But the big plus was all the wonderful stamps on the outside of the envelope.
