Hardware was present, packaging was excellent in original box packed in another shipping box. Value is excellent and it is the RoadShark brand. They sound very good, but for me they are not loud enough, on my 2024 RG3 Harley. I still have the stock header pipes and air breather on, however the bike does respond noticeably quicker. The pipes overall appearance is really nicely chromed, I am very happy but I may have to remove some baffle packing.
