Subsequently ordered a 50N replacement off same seller and it worked perfectly. These are all the same size, just different strengths, so I was able to simply swap one for the other and use the same fittings

I immediately contacted them and said there were either parts missing or it was incorrectly advertised. I took photos as proof. I I returned the items shipped in the same box. They then said I had to pay for postage and said I had not returned all the items (the things I told them were missing in my initial complaint ) and so only gave me a partial refund.
