The nails were despatched promptly, but hadn't been delivered after more than 10 days. Seller contacted; immediately sent another pack. The first pack eventually arrived 14 days after posting, the second after eight days. Excellent communication and customer service. Seller let down by Royal Mail's shockingly bad "service".
