    For context, the government is shut down and the US Postal Service has been a bit sluggish during Oct. 2025 Despite that, a tracking number was provided quickly and shipping was quite prompt. The LP was brand new (and worth the price, a very high quality pressing!) as described with 0 damage to package, cellophane, etc. The LP was packed in a brand new LP-sized media-mailer with a tear-off for easy opening and no risk of damage from a knife. These guys really know their stuff! A++

    A manly man's tear jerker.

    Brothers, grab that roll of paper towels and a good stiff drink. You are about to experience the grief and loss of a brother, but also the honor and dignity afforded him by the always faithful USMC. This movie will put you on an emotional roller coaster, but you will be much richer for having seen it. Tears will rain down, but you won't be able to stop watching this flick. Why HBO didn't release this to the theaters is beyond me, but I personally believe it should be required viewing in every high school in this nation. Why? Because it might bring forth some badly needed patriotism. Now a note to my fellow Wyomingites. This movie deals with the (real) loss of one of our own sons. One would almost fear that Hollywood would desecrate our great state and it's conservative values. ...

    DVD Taking Chance

    Awesome movie. The care and respect that Dover Mortuary gives to our country's fallen heroes is amazing. I was unaware of the meticulous attention to detail provided. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this very sad movie.

    Very emotional true story done by a Marine to support another Marine and his family.

    This very emotional and true story about a very young Marine who was killed in action. How his remains were brought back to his family, how his remains were treated all along the journey home. If this does not make you feel proud and appreciate how lucky we are. The most important thing this does for me is to show what the real cost of freedom is. The sacrifices that our soldiers make in blood and lives. This movie also shows how the family and community support these sacrifices. Had to have this and will watch it regularly and make sure when friends come over they watch it.

    Excellent movie!

    This is an excellent movie. I was on the verge of tears all the way through it. I highly recommend this film to anyone wanting to know to what extent the military goes to revere this nation's military casualties. Very moving and emotional depiction of the process of notification of kin and of taking a deceased marine home to his final resting place as seen through the eyes and experiences of the accompanying Casualty Escort. The experience impacts him to generate the story in print and eventually into this movie. Watch it on Veterans Day and get a better appreciation of what that day represents.
