You received the graphic on March 5th and on March 10th you sent me a message stating you didn't like the graphic and sent me a picture of the graphic installed/used already. In no moment when you received the graphic you sent me any messages stating you didn't like it. You already installed/used the graphic that is why I told you I couldn't refund you because you couldn't return the item because you used it. The item has been installed/used!

Looks fantastic, you really can't go wrong here and they respond quickly and ship out within a few days on custom orders. Check out all the other great vinyl's they have too and go for it. I contacted the seller and they just say “you can’t use the window” and now they’ve ignored every message after and won’t respond. They don’t care to resolve the issue, beware buying from them. That is why is better to do some research or ask before installing a graphic if you don't have experience. You never contacted me until the graphic was installed already for me to help you. So what you are saying is not true!!
