    Taste is everything

    My sister had the family to her house for a meal. One of the entrees was a recipe she found in one of his books. When I saw this one on clearance, I had to try it. So many wonderful new recipes to try. How he comes up with these switches, is amazing!!!! Don't hesitate, get this new way of cooking what will be your new favorites.

    Lower Your Carbs

    I highly recommend this book to everyone who needs to get healthy. I am applying everything in it to my diet and already feel so much better. I am a diabetic and this book is changing my life for the better.
