I had calcium and lime on the insides of my kettles! I've been using the tower for just over a month. No buildup on my kettles! And you can see the difference: clear! And taste it: no hint of bleach! (or arsenic, come on...) I got the filters BB9-2 & PF-2, standard and flouride/arsenic filters. Brand new, sealed in plastic, & decent price! Will buy again!

The filters were shipped in a poly bag with just the protective sleeve from a case pack, so they were all pretty smashed & beat up (the protective sleeve/lightweight cardboard). The filters however didn't have any damage at all. I would definitely purchase from this seller again.
