They looked new out of the box not OEM, but at this point that's hard to find. Good value since these were the only ones I found that stated they are specifically for the older model NTR001 DS.

The seller made sure to package the screen with care to ensure it would not be damaged during shipping. Very good communicator, I would always recommend contacting them to work out issues.
