Buyer insisted that the package was lost (which it wasn't) and even made threats demanding a refund. Now he wants to purchase more items but is blocked from doing so. This is not someone we care to do business with.

Seller was on top of the issue keeping me informed daily and when we decided the original item was not going to be offered up by the USPS, they immediately shipped another one which arrived in only two days. Item was new, in perfect condition as described and did include original packaging as sell as a hard case.
