Though, it uses a STEAM, so usability on Win XP (although the game itself supports it, STEAM does not) is questionable, you will need to do registration&download game on different OS (like Win 7), then on Win XP install last version of STEAM which supported it and move game there. If you will be lucky, you will be able to connect to your account and start your game. So, it still works on XP (as of 2021), but will not longer.
