The Cygolite Hotshot Pro 150 is a durable, lightweight, low-power consuming tail light that can be charged using a USB. The tail light is water resistant, so it can be used in the rain. You can also detach the light from your bike and use it as a flashlight. It has a blinking flasher mode, so you can warn other people in the event of distress. It uses an LED bulb, and the charge lasts up to 210 hours.

This is probably the 3rd order I've placed with them over the years.
