For not getting a better ship method. Usually eBay give a date when I will receive the item. But I received the item 3 days after, and I asked. Why I didn't receive my item, and the seller instead to say sm sorry it's out my hands to the shipping. No he said it's your fault because you got the cheapest shipping method.
