Stability: Capsule 2 is more stable because of DL Alpha Tocopherol, which protects the Vitamin D3 from degrading. Formulation: Capsule 1 is simpler, which might be preferred if you're avoiding additives.

Whether it dose or not i couldn`t tell but if it dose its well worth doing.
