The disk doesn't have any scratches, the case looks great, only thing is that the manual came torn. As it was advertised as in "very good" condition, I contacted the seller and they agreed to issue me a partial refund (half of the price I payed). All in all, I'm happy with Music Magpie, you can count on them to right their wrongs, and I recommend them to everyone. I will certainly buy from them again.

Evri are good with advance communication, but delivery invariably fails to meet the time period, and items are just left on doorstep (very insecure). Other than this, the seller is brilliant.

The packaging was very good, filled with professional packing material and air filled packaging. My MacBook Air was unscathed throughout and was as described in the product description. I do wish they had real pictures of the MacBook so I could see where the minor scratches were. Their customer support was also brilliant and they respond very quickly; they also offer a 30-day return in case you change your mind.
